Joining the Team

We are a permanent team that stays in contact all year round and trains and prepares for events together. It is therefore not possible to join us during or shortly before an event. If you are interested in getting to know our team and getting involved in the future, please send us an email to team@c3awareness.de, preferably with a few sentences about yourself and your motivation to join the awareness team. We will probably start another admission process in spring 2025. You will then receive an email asking whether you are still interested. If so, we will arrange an appointment for a video call with 2 people from our team. They will introduce you to how the team works and answer your questions.

As we provide mentoring for new members, we can only accept a limited number of new people. After the introductory meetings, we decide how many people and who we will accept. They will then be invited to the next meeting and the next Geekend (a weekend of socialising and training).

Awareness work can be stressful and requires a basis of mutual trust within the team. That’s why this admission process and actually getting to know each other is very important to us.
