The awareness team is there to help you in particular if:

• you have been harassed,
• your personal boundaries have been disregarded,
• you have experienced discrimination,
• you have witnessed (personal or structural) discrimination,
• you feel uncomfortable and need someone to talk to.

Our availability at 38c3: We will be there for you from day 0 (26.12.2024). You can usually reach us by phone from 10:00 AM to 02:00 AM. In between there is an on-call service for urgent cases.

You are welcome to contact us by email before 26 December. We also provide remote support.

On site, we respond fastest to calls via DECT/telephone. You can also go to the Infodesk and ask them to call us. Or ask anyone else to do so. If you are unsure whether you are in the ‘right’ place: just contact us. We’ll find out together where you can get the best support.

Outside of events, you can reach us by email. However, our capacities are limited.

We are the awareness team for Chaos Communication Congress and Chaos Communication Camp. On request and depending on capacity, we are also available for other Chaos events.
